Brian Simpson PT, LMT, Owner and Physical Therapist Brian was born and raised in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. His 2l years of experience has exposed him to a wide range of orthopedic and sports conditions that he may readily recognize and effectively treat. His one on one, hands on approach to patient care is embraced by all at Xtreme.

Gwendolyn Johnson-Simpson, Owner/Marketing Director An entrepreneur since 1995, Marketing Director Gwendolyn works to expand Xtreme’s reach throughout the New Orleans area. Utilizing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Loyola., she informs doctors, their staff, and the general public of the varying services provided by Xtreme.

Althea Jones PT, MPT, Owner/Physical Therapist Althea is a native of New Orleans, LA, and is a graduate of both LSU and Loma Linda University. She received a B. S. in Biology, and Health Sciences and a Master’s in Physical Therapy. As a practicing clinician for 18 years, she has treated various orthopedic, sports, and Neurological conditions. Althea has a special interest in using manual therapy techniques and a hands on approach. Althea strives for the highest quality of care and promotes the use of current therapies to achieve the most optimal and Xtreme level of health.

Jason Tran, PTA born and raised in New Orleans LA. He earned his physical therapy assistant license through Delgado's PTA program. Jason has worked in various settings during school but he has an affinity to the area of orthopedic physical therapy. His love for his area makes treatment fun and enjoyable.

Lori LeDuff PT, DPT was born and raised in New Orleans East. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient rehab and acute care. Lori’s evidence based approach to therapy treatments and caring attitude equates to successful outcomes for patients..

Adam Ducoing PT, DPT Born and raised in New Orleans, Adam attended LSU earning a Bachelors in Kinesiology with minors in both psychology and sports studies. He continued his local education, receiving a doctorate in physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center in 2015. Now Adam uses his back ground in athletics to motivate patients while creating a fun atmosphere for patients to progress in.

Cheryl Spencer PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant Cheryl is a native New Orleanian with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She received her license through Delgado’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program in 2009 and currently serves as Xtreme’s senior PTA. Cheryl has a natural affinity for wound care and intricate diagnoses of the hand and wrist.

Troas G Clayton, PTA, MHA, CSST was born and raised on the westbank of New Orleans. In 2003, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Dillard University, became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004, and was awarded a Master's in Health Care Administration and Gerontology from the University of Phoenix in 2013. His love of orthopedics and sports related injuries is very evident. With many years of healthcare experience and certifications, he is able to provide high quality education and patient care.

Ronald Doucette Jr. PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant Ronald is a native New Orleanian and became a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant through Delgado’s PTA program in 2010. He is especially fond of working with sports related injuries, joint replacements, and Parkinson’s patients.

Christi Lewis, Physical Therapy Technician Christi is a New Orleans native with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology which she received from LSU in 2005. She has a passion for healthcare ranging from prevention to rehabilitation. Her goal is to assist the patient in achieving wellness in addition to helping the therapist.

Tara Smith, Administrative Manager Tara is the Administrative Manager at Xtreme and has been with the company since its inception. Tara received a medical coding certificate from Delgado Community College. Billing, collections, data management, and book keeping are but a few of her duties. Tara’s attention to detail and her passion for customer service have helped to fuel Xtreme’s success throughout the years.

Cydney Ancar, a New Orleans native, received her Bachelor of Science from University of New Orleans in 2010. Knowing physical therapy is one of the most important aspects of healing, she decided to pursue her passion and become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Upon graduating from the PTA program at Delgado in 2014, Cydney began her career in the acute setting and preceded with outpatient. Cydney loves working with strokes, orthopedics, and the geriatric population.

D’Andrea Hunter is the office manager of the New Orleans East location and has been with the company for over a year. D’Andrea is a local from New Orleans, graduated from Sarah T. Reed high School and studied medical assisting at Texas School of Business. Graduating from the Texas School of Business has given D’Andrea the skills to manage personnel, schedule patients efficiently and create a great patient experience.

Cassandra Bassett received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dillard University here in New Orleans, LA. The skills that she has acquired as an educator are easily transferred to her duties as an office assistant. She is a team player and patient accounts are processed with diligence and thoroughness.

Regina Schlotzhaueris a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a bilinguist in Spanish. She received her BA degree at LSU in New Orleans. Experienced in all aspects of personnel management and patient care coordination. Committed to continuous quality improvement/customer relations.

Ronald Smith a native New Orleanian and a graduate of St. Augustine High School. Ronald performs general clerical/office duties and plays a key role in our Accounting Department. His support and attention detail adds to Xtreme’s success.
